Another Exhilarating Weekend at Alabama Skydiving Center!

Experienced jumpers at the Alabama Skydive Center did a load of hop-n-pops Saturday morning to start the day off and stayed on the ground and watchedmovies for most of the day. Hop-n-pops are skydives in which the jumper opens his parachute within 5 seconds of leaving the aircraft, usually because it is being performed at low altitude.

Pilot Ed Pickens and jumper Laura Morris got to experience 'muddin' for the first time (darn Yankees!) and thoroughly enjoyed it. Jumpers went out to Trussville, AL to have dinner and watch a movie.
